The operator reserves the right to change the rules at any time. Any changes will be announced at least on the game forum and on the homepage of the game.
User content may be removed without warning or notice, or without reason if it appears to violate our rules.
If you have any questions about the rules and regulations or restrictions mentioned in these sections, please contact Game Support.
These rules cannot cover every situation. Game Support may choose to issue penalties in situations not covered by these rules.
At no time will a member of Game Support, or an administrator, ask you for your account password.
§ 2) Code of Conduct
Always treat other members of the gaming community with courtesy. Communication with other players should be friendly and appropriate.
The Game Support team reserves the right to punish or block players who violate these rules in-game or on game-related services, depending on the severity of the violation, even without prior warning or notice. You can only protest the blocking via the forum with the operator in question.
Each player is obliged to follow the instructions given by the in-game support team. The administrator is the highest authority in all game support matters. His decision is final.
It is forbidden to imitate or impersonate another player or member of the game support team.
Posting the content of any communication with Game Support or other players without their full consent is not allowed.
Players are required to inform Game Support of bugs and glitches in the game as soon as they are discovered or become aware of them. Failure to report a bug or glitch immediately, especially if it favors someone, may result in a penalty.
It is forbidden to request actions or information directly or indirectly related to the ownership of an account, or to threaten, blackmail, lie to or threaten a player for such purposes. It is also forbidden to incite other players to violate the game rules.
Each player can only be attacked by one player 5 times in one calendar day.
§ 3) Language and communication
Verbal expressions, statements, media, or links associated with content that depicts, permits, or encourages politically extreme, pornographic, violent, sexually explicit, sexist, offensive, harmful, threatening, or illegal content are prohibited in-game and on all game-related platforms. This includes censored or otherwise edited versions of these content.
Players may not use recognizable brands, trademarks and/or protected names as part of their account.
The use of the game or related services to directly or indirectly advertise websites, projects, brands, etc. is not permitted. The only way to do so is to first obtain express permission from Game Support.
Communication between players and Game Support must be in English. Game Support members may not respond to messages and requests that are not understandable (e.g. written by an automatic translator).
Players are not allowed to share their personal data or third party information with others as this may be used to abuse their game account or for other unauthorized purposes.
§ 4) Game accounts
Players cannot have more than one account on each game server.
If a player chooses to play on another account on the same game server for any reason, they must make sure that they have arranged to delete their account on the previous one through game support before registering a new account.
You are not allowed to gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account. Even the attempt to do so is punishable.
It is forbidden to share passwords or other login information with other players. Game Support is under no obligation to assist you in such cases.
Players who play from the same device or network (e.g. shared home, school, workplace) more than 3 days a week must contact Game Support.
The use of temporary/unique email addresses for registration or account use is prohibited.
Each player is responsible for the validity and security of his/her account and for all data entered.
§ 5) Premium currency
The sale, purchase or offer of in-game accounts, parts thereof, or external services related to accounts, in exchange for Hellstones or any other benefit, is strictly prohibited.
§ 6) Bots and Scripts
The game must be played on supported browsers via the official web versions, or on official and up-to-date mobile apps. Any action in the game must be performed manually.
Bots, tools, scripts and other methods that enable automatic actions or replace and/or grant access to premium features are prohibited unless otherwise stated.
